1. Each challenge participant pays a nonrefundable payment of $35.00 to enter the Weight Loss Challenge. If the participant chooses to drop out, there will be no refund for monies paid on. The $35.00 payment is optional for participants under the age of 18. If a participant opts not to pay the fee they will not be eligible for cash prizes. There is a $10.00 fee to cover supplies, samples, etc. for the ones that opt out of prize money.
2. The challenges will run from 6 to 12 weeks from the first weigh in to the Pot Luck-Award Evening.
3. You will have your before and after picture taken, measurements taken first week and again on week 7 and weigh in each week. First ½ hour of class is weigh in’s and visiting with other members about Wellness & Weight Loss. Second ½ hour class time will be learning how to have a Healthy Lifestyle, be educated on the Herbalife Products, count down on who lost the most weight %, prizes given out and having Fun!
4. If you miss a weigh in-Class: Your first miss is free, each miss after that will cost you $5.00. If you gain any weight from class to class you will pay $1.00 for each pound gained. You are here to lose weight not gain. Money collected will be given to the person at the end of Challenge who loss the most inches. You must attend at least ½ of the classes to qualify for any $$. It is not an option to just weigh in & leave. If you are an Herbalife Customer of mine but not in the Challenge you my stop in to just get weighed in.
5. Payout is as follows (you must have a weight loss to collect winnings): 50% will be paid to the person who loses the biggest percentage of their weight. 30% will be paid to the 2nd person to lose the biggest percentage, 20% will be paid to the 3rd person to lose the biggest percentage. The biggest loser is determined by the person who loses the biggest percentage of body weight. Therefore, men and women will have the same advantage and will be combined in one payout pot.
